Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request RSVPs be submitted by September 6th.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30. There are two shuttles, departing from the hotel at 2PM and 4PM, so you can come over to enjoy the day, or arrive just in time. You are also welcome to come for breakfast and stay all day. There will be lots of activities!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy, but please avoid heels. Everything is outside and we want everyone to be comfortable. Wear what makes you feel beautiful, and please bring a jacket. Brian will be wearing a kilt, so if you have one, feel free to wear one as well! If you are on site or coming to hang out on Saturday for activities, dress comfortably and ready to participate in games (athletic clothes), and bring your dress clothes to change into. There are changing rooms on site, or you could head back to the hotel and shuttle back for the wedding.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include allergies and dietary restrictions with your RSVP.

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

While we are at a campground, unfortunately the camp does not want us to include all the good boys and girls.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the camp.

Question

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site. Feel free to leave you car.

Question

What Do I Need to Bring?

Answer

It depends on how you are staying! If camping, please bring all gear. We will provide firewood. If staying in a camp cabin, we will provide a new fitted sheet for the bunk, but please bring a blanket and pillow. If at the hotel, just bring yourself!

For all the days along the way
