FAQ

Question

Should we book a hotel room or Airbnb?

Answer

We have the entire beautiful camp to ourselves! The weekend will be chance to relax, enjoy and connect with all the people we LOVE. We are strongly encouraging all our friends to stay at the camp and help create a beautiful camp community vibe!

Question

If you're not staying at camp, can you still come for the day?

Answer

YES! If you're planning on staying off premises, you are still welcome and encouraged to join ALL meals and events. We only ask that you RSVP for the food events to ensure we have you accounted for. RSVP for events will come at later date.

Question

How do I pay Camp Dues?

Answer

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

For the adults who can escape their kiddo duties, we’re going for a mostly grown-up summer camp vibe! We totally get that it can be hard to leave your little ones behind, so if you’re unsure, we’re more than happy to chat. There will be a few adorable peanuts around, including the one and only Mr. Lazlo! During the reception, we will have a sitter for camp kiddos - pizza and movie night!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Friday Night – DENIM ONLY. Think casual, comfy, and ALL JEAN. We're kicking off the weekend with a unified, jean-filled vibe to set the tone for all the silliness, community, and connection that’s about to go down. Saturday Day – Wear whatever makes you feel your best! We’re channeling 80’s summer camp vibes. Saturday Night – COCKTAIL ATTIRE MEETS BURNER FLAIR. Time to get fancy, but with a twist! And yes, we’re going barefoot on the dance floor, so bring some comfy slippers or wiggle-ready socks! Remember, we’re in the mountains, which means it might get a little muddy (adventure vibes!). We recommend sensible shoes, because… you never know! Also, it can get a little chilly up here, so be sure to pack accordingly. If you’re coming by the camp on Saturday or Sunday for any activities, make sure to pack for the great outdoors: Sports gear for all the outdoor fun (frisbee, yoga, basketball, tennis, etc.) Swimsuit for the pool and lake (and yes, we’ll provide towels, don’t worry!) We’ll send out a packing list and some wardrobe mood boards closer to the date, so stay tuned!

Question

Whats the Camp address?

Answer

Timber Lake Camp, 354 Timber Lake Road, Shandaken, NY, 12480

Question

How do I get there?

Answer

You’ll need a car to get to our love fest, but don’t worry there’s plenty of parking at the camp! If you are flying in, renting a car or carpooling is recommended. Since we’ve got folks coming from all over, we've setup WhatsApp Group Chat for anyone who wants to hitch a ride. RIDESHARE GROUPCHAT LINK BELOW FLY – Flying into New York? We recommend landing at Newark (EWR) or LaGuardia (LGA). If those aren’t in your flight path, you can also catch a flight into John F. Kennedy (JFK) or New York Stewart International (SWF). TRAIN: The nearest train station is Rhinebeck, with direct trains from NYC (1.5hours). BUS: The closest town to the camp is Phoenicia, with Woodstock just 30 minutes away! Both have bus stops for easy local pickups.
