How We Met: Gabby and Lauren were in the same first grade class! It wasn't until highschool that we reconnected and really became best friends. Despite the fact that Gabby has lived in Boston for the last few years, our friendship has continued to remain strong and we always find a way to catch up over FaceTime!

How We Met: Jon met Jeff through scouting while we were in middle school. Our friendship quickly became rooted in camping, fishing, and skateboarding. We’ve shared many adventures, including canoeing more than 100 miles through the Allagash Waterway, taking fishing trips to the Cape, and spending summers making daily trips to the skatepark.

How We Met: Ryan and Lauren met up at college freshman year, and our friendship developed as we worked together to tackle nursing school together sophmore year! We made the most of it by driving to class and clincal, and studying for exams together. Our final semester of college, Ryan ended up moving into Bella's old room in our college apartment!

How We Met: Noah and Jon lived in the same neighborhood only a few doors down from each other and were in the same 1st-grade class. Since we were very young, we’ve both had a strong appreciation for the outdoors that really shaped our friendship. As kids, we spent a lot of time in the woods behind Noah’s house, and that greatly influenced our interests and careers as adults.

How We Met: Taylor and Lauren lived across the hall from each other in our freshman year dorm, and is the person who introduced the bride and groom! We spent our freshman year together learning how to adjust to college life, and then would spend the next 3.5 years together as roomates. We survived everything college threw our way together, and gained a true friendship from it!

How We Met: Tyler grew up in the house directly behind Jon’s childhood home, and we’ve been friends since early elementary school. Tyler and Jon grew up hanging out with Noah, and the three of us were inseparable when we lived in Shrewsbury. Jon has spent many summers with Tyler and his family on various camping trips, including some not far from where Lauren and I will be saying “I do.”

How We Met: Bella and Lauren became sorority sisters together during our first semester, and actually met Jon the first night of college! We ended up becoming roomates, and lived together for 2 years. We have shared so many laughs over the years and have always had (too?) much fun together no matter the situation and she will always sing Wicked Karaoke with me!

How We Met: Jon first met Jack through scouting when we were in middle school. We were often tentmates during many camping trips and summer camp. Jack has always been someone Jon could turn to for guidance. From supporting him through planning his Eagle project to offering advice during Jon’s own wedding, Jack has consistently been a trusted mentor and steady source of wisdom.

How We Met: Gabby was Lauren's Little in their sorority Chi Omega! Despite the fact that we had grown up together in the same town, we were one grade apart so we had never gotten the chance to know each other. We bonded quickly over our shared interests, humor, and love for the beach. Gabby and I and have spent many beach days at Sea-Ward together!

How We Met: Jon met Owen in college through mutual friends. We quickly became friends, and soon after, we became roommates for two years during our time in school. Owen and Jon picked up golfing with our friends in college, and it soon became a past time we enjoy together. We’ve shared lots of laughs and many great memories—from rebuilding fences to finding new places to explore throughout Portland.
