The Wedding Website of Victoria Porcasi and Nicholas LoPrinzi
Question

WHAT IS THE COST OF STAYING IN A CABIN AT CAMP TIOGA?

Answer

$59.00 per person, per night. The cost covers all of your meals and gives you access to all the summer camp activities that we'll have throughout the weekend. Way more bang for your buck than staying at a hotel! Visit the "Book Your Stay" page.

Question

WHAT FACILITIES DO THE CABINS HAVE?

Answer

Each cabin has between 5-15 twin beds with foam mattresses. Don't worry we can push the beds around to make them doubles. Each cabin is equipped with a bathroom. Bathrooms have multiple shower stalls, toilet stalls and sinks. The cabins have electricity/outlets and ample cubby space. Your cabin comes complete with pillows, pillowcases, and sheets. All meals for the weekend will be included in your cabin price. All camp activities also included!

Question

WILL I GET MY OWN CABIN?

Answer

We are going to do our absolute best to provide everyone with their own private space. However, if you do end up sharing, you will not be rooming with people you don’t know; likely it will be someone in your family. Families will be grouped together and same goes for very close friends. Most cabins are laid out with the flexibility to allow for 1-2 "private quarters" in addition to the main shared sleeping space if you're looking for extra privacy. Everyone's comfort is our main concern, so we appreciate your patience as we make assignments! Please see the "Camp Photos" tab to get a better idea of what the cabins look like!

Question

WHEN DO I HAVE TO BOOK MY CABIN?

Answer

You may wait until you receive the invitation a few months before the wedding to book your cabin. We have room to accommodate everyone so please do not worry. If you would like to book it now, we ask that you do not choose the “private room” option, as these are limited and reserved for select family and friends.

Question

CAN WE REQUEST PRIVATE CABINS IF WE ARE STAYING THE WEEKEND?

Answer

Currently we will not be taking private room requests. There are a mix of small (2pp) private and large shared cabins. We ask that you do not book a personal room unless advised to do so. They are for family or people that need it.

Question

WHERE SHOULD GUEST PARK? IS PARKING FREE?

Answer

Parking is free for our guests. When you arrive, camp staff will direct you to your room if you are staying on site where you can drop off belongings. Then, you will follow their golf cart to the parking lot where you can park and they will escort you back to your room.

Question

WILL WE NEED ANY TRANSPORTATION TO EVENTS?

Answer

All events will take place on the camp and are walk-able. Once your car is parked, you shouldn't need it until the weekend is over!

Question

SHOULD WE BRING OUR OWN ALCOHOL FOR THE WEEKEND?

Answer

If you are over 21 and want to bring your beverage of choice up for the weekend, you are welcome to! We will be suppling alcoholic beverages during the welcome party, cocktail hour and reception and there will be non-alcoholic beverages available the entire weekend!

Question

Can I stay in a hotel but have breakfast and lunch at the camp?

Answer

Breakfast and lunch is reserved for only guests staying in the cabins on the campground.
