Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at Camp Lane. You will need to line up a pet sitter for your fur babies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The dress code for the wedding is black-tie formal. We are requesting guests wear classy, elegant, pastel/spring colored gowns, jumpsuits, or suits. NO: shorts, jeans, in-formal hats (baseball caps, beanies, etc), yoga pants, white gowns, t-shirts, distracting styles (neon, animal print, etc), and large sun hats. *Note- The ceremony is located down a short dirt path and will be held on a lawn. Please plan accordingly for shoe choices.
Seating will begin at 3:00 p.m. and the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 p.m.
The ceremony will be held in the closest field to the camp. Guests will go west past the A-Frame and Covered Shelter to the bridge over the river. Guests will continue to a dirt path that will fork into two directions, they will choose the left side path that will lead them to a grassy field just a short distance away.
No, we are asking that everyone remain present during our ceremony and put their cell phones away for the duration. Please respect our wishes and plan on an unplugged ceremony. Professional photos will be available.

During the cocktail hour guests will graze on a Charcuterie and Mezze table while enjoying wine and non-alcoholic beverages like iced tea, lemonade, and a mocktail. Featured on the charcuterie table will be: artesian cheeses, cured meats, pickled vegetables, grilled breads, fresh and dried fruits, olives, cornichons, crackers, nuts, tarragon mustard, and basil pesto. The Mezze table will feature: roasted garlic hummus, olive and caper tapenade, lemon dill whipped feta, baba ganoush, marinated feta, olives, dolmas, crudité seasonal roasted veggies, dried fruits, pita breads, and crostini.
Yes, we have tried to do our best to have options for everyone. There will be a vegetarian / gluten free entree option as well as a gluten free dessert.
Beef Option: Pan seared steak topped with garlic & herb compound butter and crispy shallots Chicken Option: Wild mushroom and roasted garlic chicken Vegetarian Option: Creamy parmesan polenta with ratatouille and fresh herbs. Sides: Rosemary and roasted garlic mashed potatoes with herb butter, Lemon and herb roasted spring vegetables with garlic scapes and lemon balsamic dressing.

YES! If you plan on drinking also plan on bringing a sleeping bag and pillow to crash for the night. The road outside of Camp Lane is remote and windy. We want everyone to get home safely.
No, there is neither cell service or public wi-fi available. Some of the wedding party will have access to a private wi-fi connection in case of emergencies. Please plan accordingly.
The weather in Oregon can fluctuate at this time of year between warm and chilly or dry and rainy. Even if it is warm during the day, please be prepared for cool and possibly wet evenings.
There are two heated bathrooms located on the main floor of the A-Frame that have one toilet and one shower each. There are also two larger comfort stations located near the lodge with showers and toilets.
There are no RV hook-ups at Camp Lane and RVs are not allowed. We highly suggest booking a spot at the Archie Knowles Campground where you can hook-up and have access to well-water. Sleeping Accommodations: A-Frame: large rooms with cots and bunks, family style sleeping. Both upstairs downstairs options, 2 bathrooms, heated by a fire place. *FULLY BOOKED for the Wedding Party. Tree Houses: The Camp Lane Tree Houses offer views of the river, increased privacy, and are close to the parking area. Perfect if you are looking for a real summer camp feel. Comfort stations are located in walking distance with showers and toilets. Rustic style sleeping arrangements, three bunks to a room. Options for tree houses include 2 open to the outside,2 partially enclosed to the outside, and 1 tree house fully enclosed. All tree houses, except the fully enclosed option do not have power or heat. Yurt: Great for large families or friend groups who want to stay together. The yurt is located near forested walking paths and the river with a comfort station near by with toilets and showers. Enclosed, rustic option. Several bunk beds. Little to no insulation and no heat source. Adirondack Shelter: For the adventurous souls this is the perfect option. Bunk style sleeping with an open view of the river. No electricity but this options boasts a fire pit to keep campers warm. Camping Field: For those campers who wish to "rough it" There will be a large field just past the ceremony area near the river. Fires are not allowed at this location but guests can use the other fire pits on the grounds. This camping area is accessible by foot only. Should nature call, guests can use the wooded areas or walk to the comfort stations near the main area of the camp.
Guests arriving Friday will have the opportunity to participate in a cook out serving hot dogs, vegetarian dogs, and cheese burgers with several side options like chips, baked beans, fruit, etc. On Saturday guests should plan on bringing a breakfast (cereal, granola, granola bars, etc), a lunch (sandwiches, MRE/ freeze dried meals, etc). Refreshments will be provided during the cocktail hour and dinner will be provided at the reception. On Sunday morning guests are invited to join the brides for a final send off with a pancake breakfast in the lodge from 7:00 a.m. -9:00 a.m. *You will not have access to a kitchen so please make sure to bring camp stoves and/or jet boils, and coolers.
