Q&A

Q: What is the attire for the wedding? A: Dress like you would any evening wedding, we understand the camp is a more causal environment but we will be dressing up and we would like you to as well. For females, I would suggest lower heals, as stilettos may be difficult to walk around the grass/terrain of the camp. If you are staying on the camp you can of course change later in the night once the first starts and the s’mores start cooking late night Q: When should I RSVP by? A: Please RSVP by April 5th, Q: I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate me? A: Yes! The camp is experienced in providing vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meal options. We are having a buffet for the reception dinner. Please let us know any dietary restrictions you have and we will do our best to accommodate you. Q: What if it rains? A: We have indoor locations available for all events just in case you jinxed it by asking. ;)

Camp Q&A

Answer

Q: What do I need to bring if I am spending the night? A: Please bring athletic clothing & shoes, a towel, toiletries and medications you may need, flip flops, a sweatshirt or jacket, twin size sheets, a blanket and a pillow (or sleeping bag). Q: Where should I park? A: Guests arriving on Saturday for the wedding may park in the parking lot located at the entrance of camp. The lot can accommodate about 60-70 cars so please park considerately. Once the reception is over, guests that are spending the night can move their cars closer to their cabins. Q: Are pets welcome? A: Unfortunately, no. The only pet on the premise will be our fur son and ring barer Boomer. Q: What are the accommodations like? A: All cabins have bathrooms, sinks and electricity. If you are planning to stay in the cabins you MUST bring your own sheets or a sleeping bag and pillow. If you are coming from far away and can't carry sheets and pillows, let us know.
