Venue - Group Camp 5

Group Camp 5 is in the Quaker area of Allegany State Park. These cabins are provided at no charge for wedding guests interested. First Come First Serve. There are 17 heated and electrified cabins with 4 bunk beds in each cabin. Each cabin has a table, seating, & mattresses. *Campers must provide all bedding and camping equipment for themselves.* A central building is heated and electrified, with 7 bathrooms, showers, and coin-operated laundry. Another building, the Mess Hall, is equipped with a commercial refrigerator, freezer, hot water heater, sinks, shelves and convection oven. These are located central to the cabins, within walking distance. The Mess Hall is available for everyone! We ask for limited use of the hall Friday evening & Saturday morning to allow for set up. We highly recommend car pooling if possible! After registration, 18 car passes will be issued. Parking at site is limited to the 18 vehicles. Extra parking offsite.

For those planning to stay with us at Group Camp 5, no need to book anything online. We are organizing your stay at the venue ourselves. Just let us know you're staying in your RSVP! Group Camp can be reserved for any number of nights between November 8 - November 11. Check-in anytime starting November 8, check-out anytime until November 11. Please include your arrival and departure dates in your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate everyone! Need more info? Please reach out.

Cabins of 4

Bunk beds in every cabin

Cabins accommodate 4 campers each (with 2 sets of bunk beds). Please plan if you'd like to share a cabin with anyone and let us know in your RSVP, we will book you together. If bunk beds aren't appealing, we have some suggestions for other bookings in the Travel & Stay link above. Do you have to share a cabin with all 4 beds full? No, but we are trying to accommodate everyone. We will contact you to confirm which cabin you are in before the wedding :). Each cabin has a shared porch with one other cabin. If you would like to share a porch with another group of guests, let us know in your RSVP!

Cooking and Space

There is a kitchen available for people to use any day but Saturday and Sunday breakfast. There is an industrial sink, stove, and refrigerator. This will be shared with everyone staying at group camp. The hall has picnic tables and seating. This is available for use any day, but limited on Friday evening for set up. A grill and campfire will be available for all to use. We recommend bringing easy camp-friendly meals and snacks!
