Ryan and Marissa both frequented country line dancing club Incahoots in Fullerton, CA. Marissa and a friend were standing off the dance floor watching people dance to “God Bless Texas”. In this dance there’s a spot for the guys to show off their push ups. Ryan was on the dance floor and you know he was doing his push ups! Marissa thought he was a show off, but as he exited the dance floor when the song was over, he asked her to dance, and of course she said yes! From there, they saw each other at Incahoots occasionally and always enjoyed each other’s company whether it be dancing together or joking around off the dance floor. Ryan finally decided to ask Marissa on a date, the rest is history!
