Please RSVP by May 1st, 2026 so we can organize sleeping arrangements, food, and transportation with love.
Hell yes. This is a family weekend and we can’t wait to see all the little ones running around, making s’mores, and dancing their faces off. Just please keep an eye on them near fire pits or in the woods.
Think elevated camp casual. Comfortable shoes, layers, cozy jackets for nighttime, and maybe something fun for the ceremony if you want to dress up a bit. This is not a high heels and tux kind of vibe. If you’re unsure, lean “boho chic” or “cool aunt at a music festival.”
We have a mix of on-site cabins, tent spots, and RV parking. Cabins are rustic (hostel style) with foam mattresses—so please bring your own sheets, pillows, and towels. You’ll get a chance to request a sleeping spot when you RSVP.
Yes! There are working bathrooms in most cabins and shared bathhouses on the property. We’ll also have extra supplies on hand in case anyone forgets something.
Totally fine! We’re arranging a coach bus that will leave from Bay Shore early Saturday and bring you back after the wedding. Details and RSVP required so we can save your seat.
Some cabins have electricity and basic heating. Tents and RVs do not have hookups, but you’ll be able to charge your phone in common areas. We recommend bringing a portable charger.
Bedding (if you’re staying on-site) Bug spray + flashlight Comfy shoes + layers BYOB if you want extra drinks Personal items and good vibes
Pets are welcome! We love your furry family members—just please make sure they are leashed at all times while outdoors, and cleaned up after. (Also: bring whatever they need to be comfy and safe for the weekend—this is new territory for them too!)
