Everyone is invited to book accommodations starting from Friday, September 20 through Sunday, September 22 to enjoy the full offerings of Camp Harvest Moon. Guests are enthusiastically encouraged to check in between the hours of 2-4pm on Friday, September 20 and stay until Sunday, September 22. We want to enjoy this time surrounded by friends and family! However, if you're only able to make it for Saturday, that is okay. We understand that staying away for multiple nights can sometimes be challenging. For this reason, the RSVP options on this website are completely customizable. Simply RSVP to the events you plan to attend and we will be sure to accommodate everyone.
Glad you asked! Some of the out of this world amenities include: a lake, pool, ropes course, flying trapeze, indoor fitness center, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, sports fields, yard games, hiking trails, the amazing company of Ryan and Katelyn, and more!
Costs are determined by the length of your stay and your age. Prices are: - $125 per person per night over the age of 18 - $75 per person per night under the age of 18 There is no cost for guests under the age of five. Great question! Bed linens and pillows are provided for each room and cabin. Guests are also welcome to bring their own pillows or linens if they prefer. In addition, all accommodations will include towels but guests are encouraged to bring their own soap and shampoo. (Don't worry, we'll bring extra!) All rooms and cabins are temperature controlled for your comfort. In addition to your room or cabin, you will have access to all the aforementioned amenities and activities.
They're very nice! Most guests will be staying in individual cabins with shared bathroom spaces for each family. To ensure their comfort, the more private accommodations will be assigned to elderly family members and those who have health concerns. We promise every space will be comfortable and clean! Think country club, not Wet Hot American Summer. If you have any questions or concerns, please bring them up with Ryan or Katelyn.
The schedule for meals that are included in the cost of your stay is below. Packaged snacks and water will be provided at all times. Friday 7pm: Welcome Dinner and Dessert Saturday 11am: Brunch 12-3pm: Snacks in the Cantina 6pm: Cocktail Hour 7pm: Wedding Reception Dinner and Dessert 11pm: After Party Snacks Sunday 10am: Goodbye Brunch
The Friday welcome dinner, the wedding cocktail hour and the reception will feature an open bar. During activities on Saturday, there will also be a beer and wine cart. Please be sure to tip your bartenders! Non-alcoholic drinks are offered with every meal and water is available at all times.
Our goal for this wedding is that every guest can have a good time and be themselves. For that reason, you're welcome to wear whatever you want. Because we know some people do better with direction, here are some clothing suggestions for each event/activity: - Welcome Dinner: Dress casual. You can think of this like a rehearsal dinner. - Saturday Brunch and Camp Activities: Athletic/comfort wear is recommended and encouraged. This is when lawn games and various sports activities will be occurring. Because the pool/lake will be open, be sure to bring your bathing suit and perhaps some sandals or flip flops. Sneakers will also be useful for this portion of the weekend! - Wedding and Reception: Guests are welcome to dress up or down as much as they'd like. But remember there is a camera and you will be photographed. If you're one of those on-theme enthusiasts, the wedding theme is evening sky (blue and silver). High heels are not recommended, as guests will have to walk on grass between the wedding ceremony and the reception space. - Goodbye Brunch: Dress casual. You're having brunch with family and friends.
A positive attitude! Otherwise, guests are allowed to bring snacks. Just keep in mind that there are no refrigerators in the cabins/rooms, so be sure what you bring doesn't need to be refrigerated. Guests can also bring their own yard games and other sports equipment but absolutely do not need to. Guests are absolutely not allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages or any pets.
Thank you for considering a gift for us. However, because we are currently saving to buy a home one day, any guest who would like to bring a gift is asked to simply bring cash in a card or in an envelope, Sopranos-style. We are from Jersey, after all.
While all guests are enthusiastically encouraged to stay with us onsite at Camp Lindenmere, there are nearby hotel options that can be found on the TRAVEL tab of this website.
