Nope! Just reserve your individual spot. We'll handle all the rooming assignments and make sure you're grouped with the right people.
No! We'll be assigning cabins based on friendships and family connections. You'll only be rooming with people you know.
We'll send out cabin and bunk assignments closer to the wedding date, in early May.
Absolutely! Please email us at ep.robertson@hotmail.com with your roommate preferences and we'll do our best to accommodate.
It varies! We have cabins that accommodate different group sizes, and we'll match you with an appropriate cabin based on your group.
Cozy! Evan tried out each mattress to make sure you would all be comfortable. Cabins vary by size and style, but each have a private bathroom and a soft bed to rest. Bed linens and towels will be provided, but please bring your own toiletries. The cabins do not have heating or cooling and it's likely to get chilly at night in May -- we recommend your warmest pj's or sleeping bags to ensure your comfort.
Each cabin has a full bathroom with shower. Shared cabins have two bathrooms.
Bed linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own toiletries. Feel free to bring extra blankets / sleeping bags if you're worried about being chilly.
Of course! All meals and snacks will be provided from dinner on Friday to breakfast on Sunday. In the RSVP process, you’ll indicate which meals you want to join.
Friday night is smart casual. Think chinos, slacks, or casual dresses with a button-down, blouse, or sweater. You want to look put-together but comfortable — no need for suits or cocktail dresses! Examples: Women: Sundress, midi skirt with blouse, casual jumpsuit, nice pants with a blouse or sweater Men: Chinos or slacks with a button-down, polo shirt, or sweater. Casual blazer optional.
Wedding day is formal attire. Women: Cocktail dress, formal jumpsuit, or dressy separates. Think what you'd wear to a nice wedding! Men: Suit and tie (any color). No tuxedo required — a regular suit is perfect.
Do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals.
Camp Mataponi is a car free area however, there is plenty of free parking in a lot across the street. Staff will be standing by to shuttle guests from the lot upon check-in.
Yes, children are welcome! We just ask that parents step out with little ones if they get fussy during the ceremony--thank you for helping us focus on the "I do's"!
We would love for you to take photos throughout the weekend. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
