Dear Campers (Friends and Family), Sam and I are thrilled to see you all. With less than a week to go until wedding day, we wanted to send a few reminders to make sure everyone has a comfortable stay. Checking In/Out: There will be a self-check in station located at the administrative building. Please find your name(s) on the list, verify the number of nights you’re staying, whether you rented linens or not, and take note of your cabin assignment. Please check your email for your cabin assignment as well. For those who rented linens, they will be in bundles (one per person) at the check in station. Printed maps of the camp will be available, so please take one with you. A camp map is attached in the email sent as well. Guests must be checked out by 11:00AM Sunday, September 4th. If you rented linens, please strip all sheets and leave all of your bundle items in your respective cabins. If you have any questions or concerns while checking in, please contact: Dora, Camp Venue Coordinator: 603-519-1777 Allison Frey, Maid of Honor: 315-369-5174 Toiletries/Items to Bring: All cabins have attached bathrooms with showers. Please make sure to bring any towels, soap, toothbrush/toothpaste, etc. that you may need. Hand soap and toilet paper is provided by the camp. Towels are included in the bundles for those who rented linens. You can check if you got a linen bundle on the attached document in the email sent. If you did not rent linens, make sure to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillow, etc. We hope everyone will enjoy the camp amenities Saturday before the ceremony. Archery will be available from 10:30-11:30 AM Lifeguards will be on duty at the beachfront next to the dining hall from 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM. Feel free to take out a canoe or paddle board, or just go for a swim in beautiful Lake Ossipee – don’t forget your swimsuit! Sports fields are open to all, bring whatever apparatus suits your needs (soccer ball, tennis rackets/balls, etc.) The nearest grocery store (Hannaford in Ossipee, NH) is approximately 20 minutes away from the camp. There are a few convenience/general stores within a 10 minute drive, but it will be easiest if you bring all the snacks/food/items you think you’ll need for the weekend. Just a reminder we are offering breakfast for those who signed up on Saturday and Sunday AM, and will be having hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour on Saturday. So you may want to pack an easy lunch (PB & J) for Saturday. Also, if you would like to drink on Friday evening as well as Saturday during the day by the lake, we recommend bringing a cooler of beverages. There will be a water station to refill water bottles at the dining hall throughout the weekend.
