Family and Wedding Party Info
Notes for Wedding Party & Immediate Family
Meals & Drinks
We’ll provide water and basic meals on Thursday and Friday. If you’d like alcohol, please bring your own.
Bedding
We can only bring limited bedding. If you’re flying in and need some, let me or another person know so we can arrange it.
Thursday check in times to set up parties:
Bridesmaids: 2–4 pm check-in
Groomsmen: 4–5 pm check-in
Friday Schedule
All hands on deck starting at 10 am. Wedding party is required, and family help is not only welcome but deeply appreciated. Rehearsal will be held at 5 pm, followed by rehearsal dinner at 6 pm.

Thank you for your support and teamwork! If you plan on assisting with setup, please let us know so we can prepare for you. Your efforts truly mean the world and will help make this celebration unforgettable.
Wedding Day Note:
If you would like, you can bring a less formal outfit for the afterparty that is more comfortable!
