Camp Pinnacle

Just let us known in the RSVP you want to stay on site. There are 16 cabins, each 8+ single beds and tons of summer camp nostalgia! We'll split up the cabins based on how many people will be staying. Devin, myself, and most of our wedding party will be staying on site and we encourage as many people who can to take advantage of this perk! Pillows can be provided as well but if you are able to bring your own that is recommended. We'll also have a day of activities planned the night before, day of, and morning after the wedding, so you'll be right there for all the action with no need for additional transportation.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hendersonville SE - Flat Rock

We have partnered with the Holiday Inn Express in Flat Rock for group accommodations. This is the only hotel where we will have shuttle service to the ceremony. Rates (Discount Code is CBW) $110 - Standard King or Two Queen $127- King Suite This is the best deal BY FAR for this time of year (September is the busiest month in Asheville and surrounding areas). As such, please make sure you take advantage of this rate ASAP. The hotel is not holding a block of rooms so this is first come first serve. They will, however, try to accommodate preferences (i.e sleeping near another party, etc.).

Local Bed and Breakfast

There are many cute bed and breakfasts if anyone is looking for a more local experience. We've stayed at The Henderson before and had a fabulous time. It has a large outside patio, beautiful fireplace to play board games, and free drinks with your stay - as well as quite possibly the most adorable and nice hotel staff of all time. We've also read very good things about The Melange Bed and Breakfast. These BnBs have very few rooms so we were not able to obtain special rates. Please note there will ONLY be a shuttle from the Holiday Inn if you are not staying at the camp and you will need to figure out transportation on your own. There is parking on site at the camp. Ubers/Lyfts may have a hard time getting into the camp at night.

Flight

Recommended Airports

We recommend either flying into Charlotte (CLT) or Atlanta (ATL). Charlotte is about a 2 hr drive to Flat Rock and Atlanta is about a 3 hour drive. The closest regional airport is Asheville (AVL), but may be more expensive to fly into.
