Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Brasstown Resort, which is about a 15 minute drive from Sugarboo Farms. We have also arranged for a shuttle to and from Brasstown on the day of the wedding. Please book your room before 2/14/18 in order to receive the discounted rate, and say you are with the Brown/Clark wedding.

What is the nearest airport?

Answer

Lovell Field ( CHA), in Chattanooga, is technically the closest major airport to Blairsville (71 miles). However, the Atlanta airport ( ATL) is about 89 miles away and likely provides better deals, more flights, and the ability to ride up with other guests!

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the wedding, the dress code is cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, under a covered pavilion, weather permitting. Ladies- we recommend wearing stable/comfortable shoes as the ground is a bit uneven on the property. As the wedding is in the evening in early April in the mountains, it may be chilly, so please dress accordingly! We recommend planning on covered legs and arms to maximize comfort- but we'll be updating guests as we get closer to the date.
