We're getting married!!

Courtney and Ethan's story began at the University of Oklahoma, where fate and football (... and hinge) brought them together while Ethan was navigating his second senior year. On their first date, Ethan spared no expense at Volcano (the mexican resturant, iykyk) in Norman, OK, followed by a movie night with the diverse range of both "The Lion King" and "Talladega Nights." It was the perfect modest beginning to their ongoing love story. After graduating in 2022, their paths took them to different cities. Ethan embarked on his career as an aerospace engineer in Alabama, while Courtney began her journey as a registered nurse in Dallas. Though the distance was challenging, their love only grew stronger over the next eight months apart. On October 27, 2023, everything changed when Ethan (attempted to) surprise Courtney by asking her to marry him, surrounded by their closest friends and family who had gathered to celebrate the special moment. It was a day filled with joy, love, and cherished memories. Before starting their next chapter together, Courtney and Ethan took an incredible six-month adventure living in Bristol, UK. During this time, they traveled to ten countries and explored 24 cities across Europe, capturing unforgettable moments—including a dreamy engagement photoshoot in the landscapes of Lake Como. Now, back in Dallas and ready to embrace their new life together, Ethan is especially excited about his upcoming promotion from dog stepdad to dog dad to their beloved dog, Bennett. As they prepare for their wedding on April 12, 2025, Courtney and Ethan look forward to a future filled with adventures, laughter, and endless joy. They are grateful to have all of you as part of their journey, and can't wait to celebrate this next chapter together.
