The Historic Pearl
This is a beautiful area situated on the north end of the riverwalk. There are plenty of local shops, bars, and restaurants to enjoy! If staying downtown, this is just a 20-30 walk along the Riverwalk or a short car ride away. Some of our favorite bars and restaurants in this area are: -Sternewirth bar in Hotel Emma: A MUST stop, where you'll enjoy the stunning interiors of Hotel Emma along with your cocktail/drink. (Ask about the story of the Three Emmas) - Mon Chou Chou: French Brasserie restaurant - Ladino: Modern Mediterranean Grill House - Mezquite: Mexican food that highlights the region of Sonora, Mexico - Full Goods: Breakfast/Brunch Modern Diner - Pullman Market: Local Micro-Grocer but also has some great restaurants in the same building. Great place to casually stroll and find some local Texas goods! - Southerleigh: Southern Food and Brewery, Connected to Hotel Emma

Restaurant offering South Texas Cuisine and situated right along the Riverwalk!
Otro Bar
This rooftop bar is situated just above Domingo Restaurant. Grab a cocktail and enjoy some great views of the Riverwalk.
The Esquire Tavern
This bar opened in 1933 post-prohibition and boasts the long wooden bar top in Texas! Esquire tavern makes for a great stop after dinner.
San Antonio Botanical Garden
The San Antonio Botanical Garden is definitely worth a visit if you can squeeze it in. The Garden makes for a beautiful, eye-catching, and tranquil walk about!
San Antonio Zoo
The San Antonio Zoo has over 50+ acres to explore and beautiful is surrounded by the beautiful limestone architecture San Antonio is known for. If you have the time, this makes for a great visit whether you bring kiddos or not!
The Alamo
Situated in the Heart of Downtown, The Alamo is a must-visit if you've never been! Take a walk through the newly opened exhibits that act as a great starting point to learn about the deep history of Texas! --But don't stop there, we HIGHLY recommend stopping by some of the other missions as well! Mission San José, Mission Concepción, Mission San Jose, and Mission Espada offer stunning architecture and a walk through through the rich history of San Antonio!
Boudro's on the Riverwalk
A local Texas bistro along the Riverwalk which has some of the best table-side Guac in the state of Texas!
Japanese Tea Garden
Take a stroll through the Japanese Tea Garden which has been around for over 100 years! The grounds are so lush with florals and limestone walkways. Definitely worth a visit if you have time!
Briscoe Western Art Museum
The Briscoe Western Art Museum is conveniently located downtown and a great place to immerse yourself in Western Art & Culture!
San Fernando Cathedral
Tuesday - Sunday at 9pm the San Fernando Cathedral puts on an amazing light show projected on the church! The event is free and a great way to enjoy the nice weather outside!
