For our out-of-town guests, we’re so excited to celebrate with you! The nearest airport is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), which is about a short drive from our venue.
We are finalizing hotel accommodations and will share a recommended hotel block soon—please check back for updates. In the meantime, there are several great options in the area if you’d like to book early.
We suggest renting a car or using rideshare services to get to and from the airport and events.

Flight
Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)
For those flying in, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is the easiest and most convenient airport to use. It typically offers great flight options, shorter lines, and is very easy to navigate once you arrive. It’s also a short and straightforward drive to the event area. Another option is Dayton International Airport (DAY), but it is farther away and will require a longer drive. We highly recommend booking your travel into CVG for the smoothest experience!
