We're getting married!

In February 2022, Campbell and Avery found themselves on the same intramural soccer team. Campbell had joined because her friends thought it would be funny to watch her play a sport and Avery was just looking for some fun. Somehow, Campbell became the team captain and worked hard coordinating the team’s outfits and sending out pre-game encouragement texts to make up for her lacking athletic contributions. One night, Campbell and Avery both went to play in their weekly soccer game. Campbell had gotten blood drawn that day but didn’t want to miss out on the fun so she just stood around on defense and prayed the ball would never come her direction. Before she knew it, her eyes were slowly opening and she didn’t recognize her surroundings, she had fainted right on the field. As she was trying to figure out what was going on, she heard a voice telling everyone to back up and stop crowding. A person on her team (that she had never spoken to) asked her if she was ok and lifted her off the ground and onto the side of the field. They asked if she needed anything and assured her that they would check up on her after that game and to make sure she got home safe. That person was Avery.
