FAQs

Question

Where am I going and how do I get there?

Answer

Camp T+K--our wedding weekend and ceremony--will take place at Cypress Falls Event Center. It's located in the charming Hill Country town of Wimberley, Texas. It is 40.3 miles from Austin-Bergstrom Airport and 53.1 miles from San Antonio Airport. There is ample parking if you are driving. There are ride share and shuttle options as well. If you need help figuring out how to get from the airport to Wimberley, please let us know. It's tucked away in a neighborhood, so you may feel like you're in the wrong place. Watch out for the colorful Cypress Falls sign + canoe on the intersection of Woodcreek Dr and Woodcreek Circle.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 15, 2024. You can do so on this website or text/call Trey + Kate.

Question

Can I stay at the lodge onsite?

Answer

Cypress Falls has a small hotel and townhomes right on the property. There is one 3-bedroom townhome available, so please let me know if you would like to book it. The other rooms are already booked by out of town friends and family. Wimberley also has countless lodging options close by.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

On November 1st, we encourage all guests to enjoy Camp T+K at Cypress Falls at your leisure, starting as early as 9am to enjoy lawn games, swimming, and crafts. At 7pm, join us for a showing of Princess Bride, and 9pm for karaoke at the tavern. On November 2nd, immediate family and grandparents should be ready at the venue for photos by 1:30pm. Everyone else is asked to arrive at 2:30pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to budget and venue restrictions, only those who are on your invitation can attend.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a huge parking lot at Cypress Falls. If you need to drive after the wedding, please schedule a rideshare or have a designated driver! Consider that Wimberley's roads are poorly lit at night.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

You are welcome to bring your kids, but we ask that no children under the age of 6 be at the ceremony. If you would like a sitter during the short ceremony period, let us know and our coordinators can work with you. This is something they do a lot, so you can be sure a trusted professional will be hired. We want everyone to enjoy themselves to the fullest, whether you're here just for the wedding or the whole weekend. Consider if that means you'd rather leave the kids at home or have them join!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please check the attire page.
