How do I get to Camp? Is there parking?
Answer
Camp's address is: 7851 Agawak Road, Minocqua, WI 54548. There will be signs to help you locate the parking. Camp is located within 8-10 minutes of all the hotels. If you plan to drink, please plan on taxing from your hotel to camp. Hodag Cab can be reached at 715-365-7433 and Minocqua Taxi is 715-365-7433. Lyft and Uber are active in the area but very limited. We encourage you to schedule a ride in advance, if possible. If you plan to have a DD or drive to camp, there is parking available. Please follow the signage leading up to camp that will take you to the correct area. If you have any issues finding camp or other questions, please reach out to our wedding planner, Allison, at 715-310-7807.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is garden cocktail attire. Embrace the elegance while incorporating elements inspired by the theme "A Night in the Woods." We encourage guests to channel the magic of the forest through their attire. Think deep, rich colors like dark greens and blues reminiscent of the Northwoods. Prints and florals are welcomed. While dark greens and blues are encouraged, feel free to explore other jewel tones or nature-inspired hues. Fabrics like velvet, silk, or textured materials could add a touch of luxury and elegance to your ensemble. While we encourage creativity within the theme, we kindly ask guests to avoid overly casual attire like jeans, shorts, or sneakers. Ties for men are not required. What are the wedding colors?
Answer
Per the dress code, we will be embracing the natural colors that surround us at camp. The groomsmen will be wearing tan linen suits, while the bridesmaids will be wearing different shades/patterns of green.

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Weather permitting, all wedding events will be outside! Please plan accordingly.

When should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony time so that you can find your seats. The ceremony will start at 4 pm.

We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause, but we kindly remind everyone that this is an adult-only event.

Is there a bus from Chili, WI to Minocqua, WI?
Answer
We have arranged for a bus to depart Chili/Marshfield on August 24th and will return back to Chili/Marshfield later in the evening. If you would like to reserve a spot on the bus (max capacity: 57), please reach out to our wedding planner, Allison, at etvoilaeventplanning@gmail.com.

Can I take photos of you during the Ceremony?

We are having an unplugged Ceremony. We sincerely wish that everyone will be fully present at our Ceremony and Reception. We will have one professional photographer and videographer capturing the night!
