Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Due to the open bar at our wedding and casino-hotel, our wedding will be 18+ years of age.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
There will be buffet style hot off the wood fire oven pizza for our entree! There will be vegetarian cheese pizza option and all pizzas are nut allergy friendly.

Is the wedding venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes! There is ramp access to enter the barn.

What is the easiest way to get to/from the wedding venue?
Answer
You may use the shuttle service or drive directly to the venue with parking available on site. If driving - take Lady Luck Dr to MN-48 W in Hinckley for 1.8 mi, get on I-35 S for 0.3 mi, take MN-23 W to Olympic St in Comfort Township for 16.7 mi, turn left onto Olympic st. for 0.7 mi and the venue will be on your left!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! You may either park in the designated parking lot, or directly in front of the pavilion. If you plan to park your car overnight, cars can be left in the main grass parking lot (not in the small spot in front of the pavilion), but your car must be gone by 8 AM. Otherwise, you can park in the back of the parking lot, as far back as you can, and then you can pickup your car the following day whenever you want.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
If weather permits, our ceremony will be held outside. If not, it will be located inside the white barn. Our reception will be inside the pavilion that is a combination of indoor-outdoor.

What is the wedding attire?
Answer
Our wedding party will be wearing all black. Guests are encouraged to wear cocktail attire.

Is there a hotel room block for wedding guests?
Answer
Yes, you can access the direct link to book under the 'Travel' tab. If you call to make a reservation, be sure to mention Mitchell / Springer wedding and code MS0814H In order to get the discounted rate, don't forget to mention the discount code and book before June 16, 2025.

When should I arrive?
Answer
Ceremony starts at 4:00 PM. If you plan on utilizing the shuttle service, shuttle will be leaving Grand Casino Hinckley at 3:15 PM.

Can I smoke?
Answer
Yes, please smoke at least 20 ft away from the barn. Cans will be provided for cigarette butts.
