What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional: please feel free to dress up in what you feel the best! We recommend long dresses for ladies and a suit or tuxedo for the gentlemen.

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

Unfortunately ,unless specified on your invitation, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We would love for our ceremony to be unplugged and phones put away so we can enjoy an intimate moment. We have hired two amazing photographers and videographers who will capture every moment, and we would very much appreciate you being present during it all. You may take as many pictures/videos as you would like after the conclusion of the ceremony. The bride & groom will share photos/videos as soon as they are made available.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive between 5:00-5:15PM. If you are going to be running later than 5:20PM please wait till after the ceremony to join us for cocktail hour.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from downtown Richmond leaving to the venue at 4:15PM and leaving the venue at 11:30PM. RSVP will be active for the bus once wedding invitations are sent.

Is there parking?

Answer

If you choose to drive the venue has a parking lot.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside with an outdoor cocktail hour (with fire pits if needed), followed by reception indoors.

Is there an open or cash bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar. Please drink responsibly. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you.
