When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony by 4:00 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, but please let us know in advance if you plan to bring them! We've tried to account for all children that we're aware of.

Can we stay at Bay Pointe Inn?

Answer

Unfortunately, we were allocated a finite number of rooms at Bay Pointe Inn. Unless otherwise notified, guests will not be able to stay at Bay Pointe Inn. Please review our "Travel" tab to find more recommendations of places to stay; Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo are both a 30-minute drive from Bay Pointe Inn.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We're currently working on this and will provide an update when possible. We believe there will be transportation between Gun Lake Casino, Best Western Plus, and Bay Pointe Inn both to and from the wedding.

I am planning to bring a plus one, but it doesn't look like they were on the invitation. Can they still come?

Answer

We tried to account for plus ones, and we are sorry that we missed someone! Please reach out to Sam or Camille directly so that we can adjust our list as soon as convenient.
