Question

How and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Via this website, "Zola" will be the official RSVP, which may be edited until the deadline of July 5th, 2025, please :) RSVP will require that you indicate your food allergies/restrictions, and song recommendations to get you dancing!

Question

What is the hotel recommendation?

Answer

We recommend staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites or GuestHouse Inn & Suites in Poulsbo and they are a 15-20 minute drive away from the venue. We have a discounted booking link for the Fairfield Inn & Suites in the "Things to do" section of the website.

Question

How can I get to Heronswood Garden?

Answer

By Ferry! Here are 2 ways to arrive: 1.) Take a 30 minute drive on I-5 North to Edmonds, WA, and take the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry. Ferries run every 45 minutes or so, and are a 30 min ride. From the Kingston Ferry terminal, Heronswood Garden is an 8 minute drive away. 2.) Take the Seattle to Bainbridge Ferry. Ferries run every 45 minutes or so, and are a 30 min ride. From the Bainbridge terminal, it is a 30 min drive to Heronswood Garden.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Heronswood Gardens is comprised of 15 beautiful acres that we encourage you to enjoy at your leisure, and our guests have free access all day! Starting at 3 PM we have exclusive access to the garden and there will be photo opportunities, but please feel free to take advantage of the space and bring a picnic lunch if you would like :) Ceremony start time 4:30PM.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love folks to come in garden cocktail attire! Some suggestions are a suit, dress shirt with tie, midi- or knee-length dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates. Strongly Encouraged: Floral patterns and bright spring/summery colors. Wear what keeps you comfortable and feeling confident! Shoes that can walk on some grass if opting to play lawn games such as corn hole. Recommend Against: Shorts, jeans, running shoes, flip-flops and t-shirts.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Anything planned for after the wedding?

Answer

Camille and Ross intend to stay at a BNB near the venue both Friday and Saturday night! They will be meeting up with guests after the wedding at The Kingston Alehouse and welcome everyone to join:) Planning to spend Sunday afternoon in Poulsbo, and might catch folks then.

Question

What do I do if I am late?

Answer

If you arrive during the ceremony (4:30-5pm) we are happy to meet you in the cocktail tent for snacks and drinks (5-6pm) but please do not interrupt the ceremony! And above all, arrive safely!

For all the days along the way
