Mable Lee

Maid of Honor

My ride or die. Mable and I met in 2019 and we hit it off almost immediately. She’s thoughtful, kind and is one of the most caring people I know. My favorite thing about my friendship with Mable is the safe space we created for each other to be genuine and unapologetically ourselves. Although we’re not sisters by blood, she really is my sister. They say to be loved is to be seen, and that is the best way I can describe our friendship. Nobody gets me like she does and I am blessed to have her as my maid of honor.

Peter Lee

Best Man

Introducing my best man, Peter Lee—a true pillar of brotherhood. Peter is not only a loyal friend but also a devoted father who selflessly dedicates everything to his loved ones. Coming from challenging childhoods and broken families, our early struggles forged a unique bond between us, creating a mutual support system that has stood the test of time. Peter is wise and empathetic, always keeping your best interests at heart. He listens patiently to my rants and often agrees with me, even when I’m wrong just to lift my spirits. His empathy knows no bounds, and I feel truly blessed to have him in my life. Although we may be on different chapters of our journeys, I know I can always count on Peter no matter where life takes us.

Diana Park

Maid of Honor

I have known Diana since 2009, but it wasn’t until almost 9 years later did we really become friends. I truly believe we were meant to be friends. Living 5 minutes down the road from each other, we really had the opportunity to have such a fun, beautiful friendship. My favorite thing about Diana is how no matter what it is, she will 99.999% be down for it and that it doesn’t matter what we are doing, it is never a dull moment with her. From late night wine and legos to long heartfelt conversations on her couch—the relationship we have is something I will always feel blessed to have. I was very proud to stand by her side as her maid of honor, and I’m so happy she will be by my side as I enter a new chapter in life.

Joel Hong

Best Man

Meet Joel Hong, one of my best men. Joel is the life of the party and truly knows how to have a great time. He’s like the brother I never had, yet feels like family, thanks to the close bond we forged while growing up together. Joel is funny, clever, and one of the hardest workers you'll ever meet. He has a strong sense of having fun while also upholding his responsibilities. When you're with Joel, you’re not just enjoying yourself; you’re also learning what it means to work hard and play hard.

Vi Phan

Bridesmaid

Aside from giving the best massages, Vi is one of the best friends anybody can have. Ever since the day we met, we have become so close that she feels like family. I love our long catch up phone calls, but I especially love knowing that I have her in my corner. She’s seen me through my highs and lows—cheered me on during the good times and was with me during the dark times. She’s one of my safe places that always welcomes me with love and that’s something that can’t be replaced.

Kalvin Kim

Groomsman

In addition to being family, Kalvin is also one of my best friends. We grew up sharing a love for playing video games, biking, pogo-sticks, wrestling, and countless sleepovers, all while being spoiled by our halmony (grandma). We’re able to provide each other with a safe space to discuss our most vulnerable thoughts and feelings—I can trust Kalvin with anything. Kalvin is the ultimate team player—dependable, caring, and a great leader. Anyone would be fortunate to have him in their life, as I don’t know anyone who would literally take a bullet for those they love and care about like Kalvin would. I’m honored that our bond remains as strong today as it was 30 years ago, and I’m truly grateful to have him in my life.

Sara Nicolas

Bridesmaid

I met Sara in 2016 and she moved to California shortly after. Despite this and both of us having really busy lives—Sara and I have stayed in each other’s lives and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s not afraid to speak her mind or call me out when I need to hear it. Even though she lives far away, I know she is always only one phone call away. If it wasn’t for Sara’s persistence in making sure I meet Peter—we wouldn’t be here getting married. She’s always been a part of my support system and has always rooted for me and Peter’s relationship. I feel so very lucky to have her in my life and I’m really happy she agreed to be my bridesmaid.

Daniel Park

Groomsman

Dan embodies loyalty and kindness. Over the years, we’ve cemented a bond that I know will last a lifetime. He always puts others’ needs before his own and is always ready for anything—except on Sundays! His easygoing, friendly nature simply exudes positive energy, and I’m grateful to not only have him as my groomsman but also a part of my life!

Celina Kou

Bridesmaid

I deeply value true and honest friendships—and that’s something I know I will always get with Celina. She’s not afraid to keep it real and I love that so much about her. She’s thoughtful and always puts others before her. I admire Celina for the kind of person that she is and I truly feel that even though our friendship doesn’t go back 10 or 20 years—that she is a forever friend.

Nitis Udornpim

Groomsman

No matter where life takes us, I know I have a lifelong friend in Nitis. Our first encounter was at the poker table, where he bluffed all his money to me within five minutes of sitting down, leading me to mistakenly believe this loud, obnoxious kid was terrible at poker. Needless to say, I quickly realized I was very wrong! Above all else, Nitis’s infectious laughter and competitive spirit make him a great time to be around, turning every moment into a memorable adventure. Whether it’s a coin flip or a round of golf, Nitis knows how to make things fun, and I’m honored to have him by my side as a groomsman!

Christina Cho

Bridesmaid

I met Christina on a beach trip where I didn’t really know a lot of people. Even though it was the first time we met, it really felt like we’ve been friends for years because of how welcoming and friendly she was. Christina and I don’t see each other often but anytime we get together or even just catch up texting—we pick up right where we left off like it was nothing. From our dinner dates in the middle of my work shift to just being lazy at home together, some of my fondest and happiest memories always have her in it. I’m really happy to have her with me again during this special time in my life making more happy memories.

Ryan Han

Groomsman

Ryan is one of my oldest friends, and our bond remains very strong to this day. We’ve weathered life’s ups and downs together, and despite any moments of annoyance, I care for him like a brother. Ryan’s laid-back demeanor is pleasant to be around and we’ve shared countless fun memories throughout life together. His unwavering loyalty makes him an invaluable lifelong friend and I’m blessed to have him standing by my side as my groomsman.

Rathana Nhim

Officiant

We are both so excited that Rathana agreed to be the one to marry us. A close to friend us both, Rathana is always down to have fun and is always willing to drive the distance to come spend time with us—and that effort means a lot to us. Not only is Rathana a great friend to us both, but he also shares a unique gift for bringing people closer, allowing us to truly feel the weight and beauty of the vows we are about to make. We’re so grateful to have him standing with us as we exchange our promises, and we can’t wait to see the magic he will help create on our special day.
