We would like to have RSVPs in by AUGUST 1 so we can give vendors plenty of heads up. SEPTEMBER 1 is our last call. Our caterer and baker will be given final guest counts at that point. If you have not responded by 9/1, we will assume that you are not attending. Existing RSVPs can be edited between now and then, if need be.
The Asheville area is a super happening spot in October so we also recommend getting lodging booked ASAP. Check our Travel tab for hotel suggestions or make a mountain vacation out of the weekend with an awesome Air BnB or VRBO!
We are using MyRegistry.com - please see the Registry tab for links :) We also have a couple "funds" that we would love donations to: Our West Coast Roadtrip Honeymoon & Our First Home. These buckets will be available in-person at the wedding.
"Semi-Formal". Suits are optional. No polos, jeans, flip flops. Dudes should wear a dress shirt and slacks. **IMPORTANT- The majority of the venue is grass and gravel so we HIGHLY recommend against pointy heels. There will be walking involved from the ceremony site to the reception barn.
Un-coupled guests are allowed one PlusOne guest each.. If you are part of a couple and your significant other can't make it, you are also allowed a PlusOne.
Please let us know about this ASAP. Our caterer is a BBQ joint so we will do our best within their scope.
Right now we are planning for transportation from the hotels to the venue and back. It's dependent on how many people stay at the hotels we've blocked. I'll keep this FAQ updated.
Yes! We will have a 6-person "wedding wagon" available to shuttle guests between the ceremony and reception sites.
Yes. There is a moderately sized gravel parking lot in front of the reception barn. There are a few spots up by the farmhouse as well and some space along the driveway if needed.
