FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to know as soon as possible if you are planning on attending the wedding and staying at camp. Please RSVP "yes" or "no" by June 1, 2026.

Question

Are Kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are going to have an amazing time at camp. Throughout the weekend, they’ll be able to join in on games and activities. On the night of the wedding, our awesome summer camp counselors will host a special kids’ area filled with games, movies, and fun activities—so parents can relax, enjoy dinner, and dance the night away knowing their kids are having a blast!

Question

What if I am not staying at camp? Can I still come hangout at camp?

Answer

We encourage all guests to join in on the fun and participate in all of the weekend’s events—no matter where you’re staying! Please RSVP for the events you’d like to attend so we can plan accordingly. If you’d like to enjoy meals prepared at camp, please RSVP for each meal you plan to join. There will be a small per-person cost to help cover food expenses (excluding the wedding night dinner): Breakfast: $14 Lunch: $17 Dinner: $20

Question

How do I pay for my stay at camp?

Answer

You can pay as soon as you RSVP. We are accepting payment through Camille's venmo @Camille-Lauer (confirmation 1761)

Days at camp are going to range in temperature. Bring comfy clothes to hang out in and plenty of layers. The dress code for the wedding night is whatever you feel best in, but make sure to wear practical shoes!

Question

Who will I be sharing a cabin with?

Answer

We will be grouping people together in cabins by families, friends, and co-workers. When you RSVP, you can input your request on who you'd like to stay with. There may be opportunities for private cabins, especially for those with young infants. We won't know the exact cabin assignments until we have all our RSVPs.

Question

What is provided for my stay at camp? What should I bring?

Answer

Each cabin includes bunk-style beds, attached bathrooms with multiple toilets and showers, air conditioning, and electricity. All meals will be provided from Friday dinner through Monday breakfast, and beer and wine will be served during Game Day and the Wedding day. Remember to bring your own bedding or sleeping bag, pillow, towel, toiletries, and flashlight. Make sure to bring some warm layers and a rain jacket to ward off the rain. There is no cell service at camp, but Wi-Fi should be available for our wedding weekend as installation is currently underway.
