7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The dress code is "Swamp Swanky". Feel free to get festive and lean into the very Louisiana themed venue. Boots, hats, and feathers welcome.
You can expect dinner, dancing, and live alligators. The venue is called "The Cajun Ballroom at the Louisiana Swamp Exhibit". It is located in the Audobon Zoo but you cannot use the main zoo entrance (even if you are taking an uber!). Instead type in this address to find the entrace - 200 East Drive, New Orleans, LA 70118. There is a gravel lot for parking. Written Directions : Enter west side of zoo parking lot. The entrance to Riverview is in the far right hand corner. Drive under the blue arch and follow the road all the way around after you cross the second set or railroad tracks, begin looking for a building with three wooden posts near a fire hydrant on your left-hand side—this is the entrance. If you get to Tchopitoulis, you went just a little too far, but you can park on the roadside.
6:00 pm
The dress code is formal. Please note the ceremony will be in the garden, and there is a short walk back to the museum for dinner. Suits and ties + long or midi dresses.
We recommend taking an uber to the venue. There is also parking available. If you have comfortable walking shoes, you could also take the street car, and walk ~7 minutes to the ceremony site.
7:00 pm
This will also take place at the New Orleans Museum of Art, in the Great Hall. There is a short walk through the garden and up the steps. Any shoes should be fine but wheelchairs will be available upon request! Please email camclindon@gmail.com to arrange.
