Hotel Blocking and Booking information

Answer

A hotel block has been reserved at the Fairfield By Marriott. Please visit the travel page for booking details. We recommend reserving your room as early as possible to secure the discounted rate. All reservations must be made by July 20th 2026; after this date, the dicsounted rate will no longer be available.

what time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive around 3:45-4:15 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in a green house. The cocktail hour will be held indoor/outdoor, and the reception will take place indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love out little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! Come ready to party!!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitation’s will be mailed out May 2026. There will be more information to follow on the invitations. Please kindly RSVP by July 21st so we can plan accordingly.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by July 21st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Is there Parking on site?

Answer

Yes! We will also have shuttle service provided! More info to follow :)

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We would like everyone to be present as we say "I Do", we have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding.

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, A wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.

DRESS CODE

Answer

We invite all of our guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Woman are encouraged to wear long dresses or jumpsuits- bright colors are encouraged. Men may wear a suit or a nice dress shirt with dress pants; ties are optional. Please complete the look with nice dress shoes!
