Is there a room block at your resort?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block with group rates at Garza Blanca, Puerto Vallarta for all our guests from Sunday, November 9th - Thursday, November 13th. Please go to the "Travel" section of our website on how to book your room. Our travel agent, Chad Simpson, will be your main point of contact for booking your room. Each room is priced per person per night and includes your all-inclusive package and taxes for every day.

Can I opt out of the all-inclusive package?

Garza Blanca is a 5-star, all-inclusive resort. We are excited to share all the resort has to offer with all our guests! Our room block is available with the all-inclusive package only. Can I stay somewhere other then Garza Blanca for the wedding?

Answer

We are requesting all guests planning to attend the wedding to stay in our room block for the minimum of three nights - this is a requirement from the resort. There is so much to see in Puerto Vallarta, so we encourage all guests before or after the room block to go check it out! After all, we want this to feel like the ultimate vacation!

When do I have to book by room in room block by?

Answer

Please book your room as soon as you know you can make it! The rooms we have available are on a first come, first serve basis. If there is a specific room you are looking for not on our reservation website, please talk with Chad. Reservations for rooms must be booked by April 18th and require a $100 deposit. The first payment (first day of the trip only) will be due April 25th and the entire payment for your room will be due by July 25th. Please visit the "Travel" section of the website for more details.

How should I get to and from the resort?

Answer

Uber's and Taxi's are available from the airport and an inexpensive way to get to the resort. Make sure to get the name of the resort and address on your phone in case you don't update your cell phone plan while out of the country. You can also make travel arrangements with the resort for a fee.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or cocktail beach wedding attire - we would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Ladies: Mid-length or full-length dresses Gentleman: Suits (no tie required). No sandals or shorts please.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invitation as well as when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are my little ones welcome?

Answer

We love all your little ones! However due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding week an adults only event with the exception of immediate family.

PASSPORTS

Answer

Don't forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire before May 2025 as you will not be permitted to travel within 6 months within your expiration date. Passports can take up to 3 months to arrive so please be sure to update or apply for a passport. travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html/

We are so grateful for the effort you'll be making to join us for our wedding so please, no gifts! We do have a honeymoon fund available if you'd like to donate to it.
