Fun fact: I’ve lived in 4 different states and Camille has been the only person to visit me in all 4 locations. I met Camille during our college years at NIU. I later found out that me and Camille lived in the same neighborhood growing up but did not meet until college. Camille and I are apart of the illustrious Sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I am also Camille’s pledge mother in Delta. Camille was given the name impR.E.D.sive. This is my version of impressive, because that’s exactly what’s she’s been since the day I met her. I’ve known Camille for over 10 years now. We met at NIU in undergrad and pledged together fall 2012. She is my natural loc sista, original travel buddy and dearest friend. She’s the person I can always count on to try new things with me, cheer me on and be there no matter what. Professionally, I serve as Program Director for a youth serving non-profit called Friends of the Children-Chicago and absolutely love my career! When I’m not working…I love to travel, connect with loved ones and cuddle with my two fur babies Bliss & Storm. Shout out to Camille for converting me to a bonafide cat mom!

My name is Ariel Stewart. I teach Kindergarten and first grade at a local public school in Chicago. I have known Camille since Kindergarten and I am also the mother of her God- daughter Amaia. Camille and I have been adjoined at the hip since the age of 4. We went to the same elementary school and high school growing up. Our college years were very much far apart, but we still managed to keep our friendship intact. Camille has been my rock and backbone during the most difficult and hurtful time in my life that even caused her sadness with the passing of my mother Adrienne Stewart-Davis. My name is Trevor Densmore. I live in Chicago, IL and own a small accounting practice. I enjoy working out, traveling, spending time with friends and family and doing different activities. I first met Don in high school at Holy Trinity College Prep. I didn't know it back then that he would become one of my closest friends. Our friendship really grow when we found out we were both going to University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Over the years our friendship has grown: we did talent shows together, been roommates, done business ventures and traveled.

"I’m Abraham, and I have been friends with Don for the last 15 years. It’s crazy to think it’s been that long already! I met Don when I first moved into the dorms at U of I in 2008 and we and some of the other students would sit in the common area and have a plethora of interesting debates about many topics. Through those discussions we all grew closer, and Don would become instrumental in helping me acclimate to living in Urbana-Champaign. We’ve been friends ever since and have seen each other through many ups and downs and are always there for each other. Don is a brother to me now. I’m ecstatic to be able to share this day with Don and Camille and wish them the best on their journey together. "

My name is Nate, I’m from the WESTSIDE. I like getting into fistfights, and insulting random pedestrians. I also like long walks on the beach. I’ve never met Don, I only know Paul. Paul is my older cousin on my moms side. We grew up playing the game, kicking it, and him always fouling me on the basketball court (he still can’t hoop or guard me till this day). I remember Paul was the first person to take me on a college campus at the university of Illinois Urbana. It inspired me to go to UofI (Springfield), no I didn’t graduate, but it was one of the best years of my life and I thank him for that experience. Neither one us has brothers, so all of my male cousins are like brothers. I’m thankful he found his partner; I was getting tired of him crying watching RomCom’s, all alone
