What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes or so before the ceremony start time. Please factor in time for parking.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be outside. Cocktail hour and the dancing will be mostly inside.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in October is usually beautiful: sunny during the day and cool at night with a marine layer. Keep an eye on the weather closer to the Wedding date. You can expect that it will get cold as the sun goes down since we are by the ocean. We will have outdoor heaters. We recommend you bring a coat, jacket, or sweater.

Will I need to drive to the reception?

Answer

No, the ceremony and reception are at the same location.

Is there parking at the Wedding Venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking garage across the street from the venue for a small fee. Street parking is available; however, there are 2 hour time limits until a certain hour. Be mindful if you choose this option as they do monitor the streets. If you are staying at one of the hotels near the venue, we encourage you to walk.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/semi-formal attire. There are some stairs so you may want to keep that in mind when deciding on shoes.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love and adore all of the children in our lives, we are only able to invite a few close family members’ children.

Since I am traveling for the Wedding, are there things to do in the area?

Answer

Yes, there any many activities you can do in the Monterey area. Please explore before you come as this is just a small list: golfing, hiking, wine tasting, coastal views, local shops and restaurants, etc. We have some recommendations on our Things To Do section.
