Are hotel room blocks available?

Yes! We have reserved a hotel room block for our wedding weekend at the Hyatt House Pleasanton. Please visit the "TRAVEL" tab on the menu for more information.

Where should I park?

The venue has a spacious parking lot that is free for all guests!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, and pre-ceremony refreshments will be available.

Outdoor or Indoor Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors! Please note that this may change depending on the weather on the day of the wedding. The venue also offers an indoor ceremony option, so there will be no change in address. If anything changes, we will provide an update 24 hours before the wedding.

Dress code?

Dress to impress, but make it comfortable! We just ask that guests wear wedding-appropriate attire.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us.

Yes. The drinks on us, the hangover is on you!

Yes! A card box will be provided at the wedding for your cards and kind wishes. We truly appreciate them.
