Sample Travel Itinerary

Recommended Route (Easiest & Most Cost-Effective) For most guests traveling from the U.S., we recommend: 1. Fly into Paris: Arrive at Charles de Gaulle Airport. We suggest arriving at least a day early to adjust, explore, and enjoy Paris a bit. 2. Take a Train to Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche From Paris, take a train via SNCF to Saint-Yrieix-la Perche station Travel time: ~4–5 hours Likely departure from: Gare d'Austerlitz 3. We’ll Pick You Up Once you arrive, we’ll have cars/drivers ready to bring you to the venue (about 15 minutes away). No rental car needed we’ll coordinate transportation for you! Alternate Route (via Bordeaux) 1. Get to Bordeaux: Take a train from Paris (~2 hours), or Fly directly into Bordeaux. 2. Train to Périgueux: From Bordeaux, take a train to Périgueux station (~1–1.5 hours). 3. Pickup to the Venue We’ll coordinate rides from Périgueux to the venue. We’ll help coordinate rides to and from: Nearby train stations, the venue, group departures You do not need to rent a car unless you plan to explore the region independently. Returning Home We’ll help organize return transportation so you can head back to Paris for your flight or continue traveling elsewhere in France or Europe
