When we say there is construction on every single major road (1604 and Bandera Rd.) to get to the church, we are not lying. This now includes the main road (Riggs) to get to the church and then to the reception. You will absolutely have to give yourself extra time to make it to the ceremony on time. The following link will have information about the detour you will have to take: https://olghelotes.org/riggs-road-detour-information/
No, they are not. The ceremony will be at Our Lady of Guadalupe and the reception is at the church's annex property. The reception is a short 1.7-mile drive (3 minutes) from the church. * Please note that there is now construction on the main road to get to the venue and it might be closed. The drive to the venue may be a little longer now (but not by much).
We are asking that you dress semi-formal! So, think Sunday best. Men, we know it will be hot, so if you aren't feeling a blazer/jacket that is okay. Ladies, a fun sundress or jumpsuit is welcome. We want you to feel comfortable but we just ask that you do not wear jeans or shorts.
We have closed our RSVP.
While we encourage our friends to use our wedding as a date night, we know that we have many friends with kids from out of town who may not be able to leave their kids with a babysitter for the weekend. Because of that, kids are welcome!
We have two blocks set up for our out-of-town guests. Please check the "Travel" section on our website to learn more.
