When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Think knee- to midi-length dresses or dressy separates (top and skirt), suits or a nice dress shirt and slacks.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm sharp, so please arrive no earlier than 4:15pm and no later than 4:50pm to get acquainted and find seats.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation indicates a plus-one either by name or with "and guest." If not, we are excited to celebrate our big day with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, our wedding is adults-only, so please plan accordingly. Please text us if you have any questions.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation provided to and from the hotel(s). Please check back in closer to the wedding date for exact timing.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see our hotels & travel page for more information. We recommend booking your room as soon as possible as the Leesburg area has very few hotels. The last day to book under our wedding block with the rate applied is July 28 or July 29, 2026, depending on the hotel chosen.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when invitations are sent, there will be an opportunity to let us know if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Our catering will be providing a variety of cuisines for cocktail hour and dinner, with gluten-free and vegetarian/pescatarian options available.
