FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes—formal attire. We’re asking guests to dress in formal attire to match the elegance of the day! Think suits and ties for men (a tux is welcome but not required) and floor-length gowns or chic jumpsuits for women. We’d love for everyone to feel their best—elevated, polished, and ready to celebrate! If you’re unsure, it’s better to be a little overdressed than underdressed. Please feel free to see this Pinterest board for inspiration! https://pin.it/Bw8ICRQV4

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if a guest is included. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and ask! While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping the guest list intimate to allow us to spend meaningful time with each of you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

If you would like to bring your children, please reach out to Scott or Camila. We’d be happy to discuss childcare options for the day and share how they can be a part of our special celebration. Thank you so much for understanding, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No transportation will be not provided, but the venue for the ceremony and reception has more than enough parking available.

Question

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request you to please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to the venue so you have time to find your seat and settle in as the wedding will begin at 5pm promptly.

Question

When should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

We will be having a cocktail party that will begin around 5:45pm once our guests arrive to Lone Palm Golf Course.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a hotel block nearby. You can find details under the “Travel” tab.

Question

Is there a celebration the day after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for you to join us at our family’s Airbnb on Saturday, March 7, 2026, anytime after 11: 00 AM to continue the celebration. We’ll have the grill going, but since we’re expecting a big group, we kindly ask that you bring something to share: food, drinks, snacks, or sides are all welcome! Don’t forget your swimsuits and towels for a laid-back day of fun and connection. Kindly let us know if you will be joining and if you will be bringing anything by texting 407-470-0965. 5735 Poinciana Ave Lakeland FL 33809

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 24th, 2026, so we can finalize the details.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. Don’t worry, our photographer will capture it all! After the ceremony, feel free to take and share all the photos you’d like.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! Please bring your appetite—we’ll be serving generous portions of a 3 course meal. Also, we’ll have a dessert table available during cocktail hour and throughout the celebration.

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Absolutely! Come ready to hit the dance floor! We’ve planned a fun, music-filled celebration with a mix of Latin hits, classics, and party favorites. Dancing will take place from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, so wear your dancing shoes and get ready to celebrate with us all night long!
