Things To Do
Come early and enjoy Lake Tahoe! For those up for adventure or traveling far, this could be a great opportunity to explore the broader Tahoe region, or check out some of California's amazing national parks. Sequoia, Kings Canyon, and Yosemite are all just a road trip south of Lake Tahoe, although there is plenty to do directly at the Lake!

The best beach for swimming. Parking fills up, get there early!

Wonderful for hiking and biking.
Azalea and Flora Lakes
A fairly accessible hike with great swimming.
Emerald Bay State Park

Wonderful overlook with optional walks down to the lake. Very pretty.
