We met on Bumble in April of 2021 and felt an instant connection. After a week of conversation, we met in person for our first date at Five Guys. On June 2nd, 2021, Cameron made it official and asked Rebecca to be his girlfriend. Throughout our relationship, we've experienced numerous job changes, six moves, both best friends' weddings, and one broken bone (thank you, White Christmas dance audition). We've supported each other through losses in the family, rejoiced together over the new additions, and discovered new hobbies and communities: theatre for Rebecca and tennis for Cameron. Our relationship motto is "Us Against The Problem," or "Same Team" for short. We prioritize kindness and silliness and commit to always riffing each other's bits. Shortly after getting engaged, we made the decision to elope prior to our wedding date. No guests, no outside expectations, and no traditions just for tradition's sake. So on June 2nd, 2025, our four year anniversary, we eloped! We had a private ceremony and a perfect day all to ourselves, and we wouldn't change a thing about it! We are so excited to celebrate with you all! Since we eloped, we will not be having a formal ceremony. Our wedding will be a celebration with food and drink, friends and family, dancing and singing, and love and laughter! We are so thankful for the friends and family that have loved and supported us along our journey!
