Catherine and Abbie have been best friends since the 8th grade, and although their lives and appearances have changed, their friendship has not. Catherine is the friend to call when you need to brush your teeth at their house in a pinch, you need to know what is wrong with your animal, or you just need someone to listen to your rant. She creates a calm atmosphere and is the most loyal person you will ever meet. Abbie was fortunate enough to stand by Catherine as her maid of honor a few months ago, so it is only fitting that Catherine stand by Abbie as her matron of honor.

Abbie met Carrie in August of 2018, when they shared room 216 of Heron Hall at Belmont University. Having a similar sense of humor, and sleeping 15 feet apart every night, they quickly became inseparable friends. Abbie admires Carrie for the way that she hightailed up and followed her dreams of living in the big city of NYC, and for the way she creates such beautiful art. She is the perfect maid of honor with her unmatched efforts of creating a fun environment, and her fierce friendship that transcends miles.
Lizzy Blair

Lizzy and Abbie met in the cafeteria at Belmont University during summer orientation. Bumping into each other in the drink line, they learned they were going to be suite-mates! A fast friendship formed as they ate cereal for every meal those few days, and as soon as they were back at Belmont in the fall, they became even closer. You can find Lizzy watching cartoons with her husband, Cade, and dog Airplane, being the best servant leader at her job, or eating an unhealthy amount of fig newtons.

The third, and final roommate of Abbie's college years, Katy is the girl everyone loves! Katy and Abbie became very close when Katy ventured to Kingsport to volunteer for a weekend of Disciple Now at Abbie's church. An avid Astros fan, coffee lover, Hunger Games connoisseur, and Tony Stark sympathizer, Katy will be the perfect conversationalist at the wedding. Also, not to mention her sweet soul and kind heart, she will surely make you feel seen and heard.
Katelyn Dixon

Katelyn and Abbie have also been friends since the 8th grade, when nearly all their classes aligned together. It was fate, some say, that they sat near each other in every class and became close friends. Now you can find Katelyn obsessing over her dog, and Abbie's god-dog, Tilly, teaching the young minds of Kingsport, or keeping up with the best reality TV shows this world has to offer.

Last of her 8th grade friends, but certainly not least, Kendalyn and Abbie became quick friends when they bonded over Kim Possible, and the critically acclaimed Barbie masterpiece films. Kendalyn and Abbie have traveled to many beaches together, and both tried almost every crab cake in Charleston, SC. Abbie could not imagine her wedding day without Kendalyn. Oh, and if you see her, ask her to hook you up with a brand new Harley Davidson motorcycle from Wrecking Crew in Johnson City!
Gracie Templin

Abbie and Gracie met when Abbie was in Kindergarten, and Gracie was in first grade. As reading buddies, Abbie loved Gracie, but became very close the summer of 2010 when Gracie moved two houses down from Abbie. Playing outside every summer day, having late night sleepovers, getting burnt to a crisp at a UT football game, to watching Friends late into the night every day they spent at the beach. Abbie could not imagine her wedding without Gracie there.

Abbie met Jessica when she and Abbie's cousin Dayton started dating, a little over 8 years ago! Growing up with mostly boys, Abbie was thrilled to have a girl around to talk to and be with during family time. You can find her laughing, and like her husband, bringing life to the dance floor. She is the perfect joyous spirit to add to this bridal party!
Derek Phillips
Best Man
Cameron's built-in bestie who has served as a mentor in multiple areas of life: music, bowling, and sports betting. This older brother turned parks & rec expert is also partly responsible for the rambunctious ring bearers and fun-loving flower girl. He's easily the "best man" for the job on this wedding day.
Michael Bennett
Groomsman
This soon-to-be lawyer will be a great addition to the wedding party. When he's not studying for the Bar, ask him about the 2013 Iron Bowl or Clash of Clans to get him going. Michael has been a pal of Cameron's since high school and will be the perfect groomsman that brings a professional, yet energetic touch to the wedding.

One of the wisest groomsmen around. Jimmy was one of Cameron's great mentors during his student teaching and quickly became an even greater friend. His areas of expertise range from educational law to firearm safety. This wealth of knowledge is exactly what the wedding party needs.
Drew Carpenter

Drew is one of Cameron's longest friends as they first met in the John Sevier Middle School band. From shopping for cheaply-made jewelry on the Santa Monica Pier, to playing an obscene amount of putt-putt, these two have been through all of life's ups and downs.
Tyler Dixon
Groomsman
Tyler came into Cameron's life when Abbie did, and he couldn't be more grateful. Tyler and his wife, Katelyn (mentioned above), were the perfect double date partners for Cameron and Abbie when their relationship first began. These two couples were present at each other's engagements, and did whatever it took to make the moment special, even if it meant driving to Asheville to "hide" in the bushes on one occasion.

Cameron and Tyler have been getting "musty on a rabbit" since the 6th-grade. From driving around to put produce in people's mailboxes, to working out at Planet Fitness, these two have always had a fun time. Tyler will make the wedding day more exciting than a UFC event.
Evan Mahaffey

Cameron was fortunate to stand next to Evan on his big day a couple years back, so it's obvious the favor will be returned. These two started out as rivals due to their immense marching and musical talents, but soon became great friends throughout high school and beyond. Evan is one of the friendliest people around and will certainly talk to you about your favorite Frito-Lay product.
Kaleb Pittman

Kaleb is arguably Cameron's most-talented friend. Financial planning, performing on the trumpet, playing pickle ball, it doesn't matter! Whatever this guy does is at a high-level, which has consequently pushed Cameron to improve in many areas over the years. He will surely be a great groomsman.

A heart warrior with a “zipper” he’s proud to tell you about. Wyatt is always on the go and curious about all things. He can tell you about most any Disney movie, and has recently grown into quite the sportsman. Ask him about his basketball expertise, as he’s the best inbounder in Southeast TN!

Bennett is wise beyond his years, and would love to share his counting skills with you. He’s a wealth of knowledge if you ask him about Bananas in Pajamas or hexagons. Avoid conversations about Cocomellon with this one. He’s typically the sweetest guy around, but something about those nursery rhymes tears him up!

By far the calmest of the three kiddos. She is a perfect baby who loves being wallowed by her big brothers. She doesn’t have much experience walking, so cut her some slack with the flower girl duties. She will be the prettiest gal there, only second to the bride!

Cameron, older cousin of the bride, grew up less than 500 feet from Abbie, thus creating an unspoken agreement of free rides to and from school and church. From swimming at Abbie's every day of summer break, to jamming out in the car before school, Cameron is more of an older brother than a cousin to Abbie.

Also growing up 500 feet from Abbie, Dayton is another older brother-like cousin to the bride. The all-knowing elder nurse of the family, Abbie counts on Dayton for life advice and to share funny stories from the hospital. You can also count on Dayton to tear up the dance floor!
Mark Sumrall

Becoming Abbie's youth minister in 2016, Mark quickly was bombarded with Abbie's biggest questions about God, life, and all in-between. Using his famous, and most irritating, answer of "well, what do you think?" after being asked a question, their conversations sparked spiritual growth in Abbie. Now, she calls him with questions about God and the healthcare world, as he is a hospital chaplain in his hometown of Houston, Texas. She could not imagine anyone else more perfect for the job of marrying Cameron and her.
