Yes. Guests traveling from the United States will likely be required to obtain an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System) travel authorization before traveling to Italy. ETIAS is not a visa and can be completed online prior to departure. We recommend applying well in advance of your trip.
Yes, but U.S. guests should be aware that Italy requires both a valid U.S. driver’s license and an International Driving Permit (IDP) to rent and drive a car legally. The IDP is a translation of your license and must be obtained before traveling. In the United States, it can be issued through AAA. If you prefer not to drive, taxis, private transfers, and trains are also convenient options for getting around the region.
Some family and friends will be staying on-site at the venue. These people will be reached out to individually. For all other guests, we will have a hotel block reserved at a nearby hotel.
