FAQs

FAQs and general good-to-know details are below. For additional questions please reach out to Viv or Cam! We are happy to help with anything you may need.
Question

What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

The festivities will begin with welcome drinks on October 31, 2025 and conclude with an after-party on November 1, 2025. Please refer to the schedule page for exact timing of each event.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

See the schedule page for suggested dress codes for each event! For Saturday, we will be seating outside with heaters but please make sure to dress appropriately since it may get chilly!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love children, we’ve decided to make our wedding a celebration for adults only. This choice allows us to create a relaxed and elegant atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. We hope this gives parents an opportunity for a well-deserved evening out, and we appreciate your understanding and support!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only guests who have been specifically invited with a plus-one bring someone along. Our wedding is an intimate gathering, and we’ve worked carefully to make sure we can celebrate with everyone closest to us.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When you RSVP please specify your allergy so we can inform the restaurants and ensure you have a substitution. We love these locations for food and want everyone attending to be able to enjoy them as well. You can also reach out directly to Viv or Cam.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no charted transportation between the hotels and the venues. That said, the festivities are taking place in Brooklyn and are all within walking distance. We encourage you to take advantage of public transit (Subway / Bus) or use Uber + Lyft.

Question

When do you recommend booking accomodations / travel?

Answer

The short answer: the sooner the better! The ceremony is taking place over NYC's marathon weekend, meaning it will be already a popular time to be in the city. **We definitely encourage our guests to watch the festivities Sunday morning before heading out.** If you plan to stay at any of the hotels that we have a block of rooms with, we've provided a cut off date. These cut off dates are the last possible days to receive a discounted rate.
