Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding will be held at Sandals Ochi Beach Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It’s an adults-only, all-inclusive resort!

What are the official trip dates?

Answer

We’ll be celebrating from March 14–18, 2026. The wedding ceremony will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026.

How do I book my stay?

Answer

When should I arrive and depart?

Answer

We recommend arriving by Saturday, March 14 to settle in and enjoy the weekend. Most guests will depart on Wednesday, March 18, but you’re welcome to stay longer if you like!

Do I need a passport to travel to Jamaica?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required to enter Jamaica. Please check that yours is current and doesn’t expire within six months of travel.

Is travel insurance required or recommended?

Answer

Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially for international trips. Holly can help you add it to your booking to cover unexpected changes or cancellations.

Is Sandals Ochi all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes! Your stay includes all meals, drinks (including alcohol), entertainment, water sports, airport transfers, and more.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be beach formal – dressy but tropical: sundresses, linen, button-downs, and nice sandals or wedges. We'll provide dress code suggestions for other events on the Events page as well!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Round-trip airport transfers between Sangster International Airport (Montego Bay) and Sandals Ochi are included with your stay. Once you arrive in Jamaica, just look for the Sandals lounge at the airport.

Are kids allowed at the resort or wedding?

Sandals Ochi is an adults-only resort, so guests must be 18+. We hope you enjoy a child-free getaway!

Can I bring a guest or plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed. If you're unsure, just reach out—we're happy to clarify!

What’s the weather like in Jamaica in March?

Expect sunshine and warm temps—around 75–85°F (24–29°C). March is one of the best months to visit Jamaica, with low humidity and little rain!

Please RSVP on the RSVP page so we can plan accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please make sure to RSVP by October 19th so we can finalize everything!

Is there a payment plan available for the trip?

Answer

Yes! To reserve your room in our group block at Sandals Ochi, a $400 deposit is required. This deposit holds your spot and locks in the group rate. After your deposit is made, our travel agent Holly Ward can help set up a payment plan that works for you — so you can pay over time instead of all at once.
