We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts at 2:00pm so you can settle before the proceedings The door for the bridal party will open at 2:00pm

There is a huge parking space on site of the wedding venue which is only a couple of feet from the ceremony room
We have taken plus ones and children into consideration , the majority of people know that there children and partners are welcome but if your not sure please drop one of us a message and we can discuss , children are more than welcome .
After the ceremony there will be a mix of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages handed out . There will also be a pancake cart which you can chose from many different types of toppings and sauces. No nuts will be present in any of the food due to many people having severe nut allergies. The main wedding breakfast will consists of a 3 course meal menus will provided , there will be a 3 course menu for the kids as well please get in touch with either Thea or Cameron if you have any allergies or dietary requirement. As we come closer to the night there will be a dessert and sweet table for all to enjoy again there will be no nuts present and its a help yourself table
Your presence is a gift enough , however if you wish to honour us with a gift a contribution toward our future together would be sincerely appreciated.
We would love for you to be in the moment with us which is why we would like for you to respect our decision of having no cell phones during the ceremony , The rest of the day please feel more than welcome to take pictures videos etc. We would also apricated if you did not post any pictures or videos until the newly married couples has.
