How do I RSVP and when is the RSVP deadline?

We invite you to RSVP online at the above tab labelled "RSVP." Please complete your RSVP by November 1, 2026.

Where is the wedding and reception?

Answer

We are getting married and having our reception at Southern Grace Weddings in Arlington, TN. The address is 8545 Collierville Arlington Rd. When you arrive, please park only on gravel not on the grass. Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors under the pavilion to the left of the large white building when coming from the parking lot. When it is time for the reception, you will be directed to the reception space where we will be celebrating our marriage with dinner and dancing.

What does transportation to and from the wedding look like?

Answer

While we are not offering shuttle services, parking onsite at Southern Grace is free and accessible. There will be a golf cart that will support with those that can not walk longer distances from the parking lot to the ceremony entrance.

What do I wear?

Answer

Our dress code for our wedding and reception is cocktail festive - think what you would wear to a work or church holiday party (without the ugly Christmas sweater!). The ceremony will take place outdoors and reception will take place indoors. We will have some things to help keep warm, but don't forget a coat and check the weather the day of!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not able to accommodate additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Invitations have been addressed to those that are invited to the event. If your child was included in the invitation, please be aware that there is a large lake on property and our reception will have alcohol present. Due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate any children that are not clearly listed on the invitation. No additional childcare or supervision will be offered.

What will the reception be like?

Answer

Our reception will be fun, exciting, and full of music! We will go straight from the ceremony to the reception with a short cocktail hour. Our reception will have dinner provided and of course... cake with some extra special treats. Expect good food, beer/wine/seltzers, a DJ, and good company.
