What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 1:30 PM to allow time to find seating and get settled, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

As we are planning an intimate celebration, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. This is a very special day for us, and we look forward to sharing it with our closest friends and family. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep the day just as we’ve envisioned.

Hotels and Accommodations

We have reserved a block of 20 rooms for the night of July 30th at The Wave Hotel for our guests. The Clarenville Inn is also a great accommodation option, and there are many lovely Airbnbs available in the area. If you need any help finding a place to stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll be happy to help!

Is there a dress code?

Kindly note that this will be a formal event— like black tie (floor length, elegant dresses & suits). We appreciate all guests following the dress code.

Can I wear white?

Answer

Please refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory or any other similar colour. The bride and flower girls should be the only people in white at this event.

When completing your RSVP and selecting your meal choices, please clearly indicate which guest has selected each option. Example: Sophie Tetford – Caesar Salad Cameron Oram – Garden Salad If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please be sure to answer the food allergy question so we can accommodate you accordingly.
