From what Paxtynn can remember... she met Cameron in the basement of a church during the best man's birthday party back in 2012. Cameron claims that they had met earlier than that, but Paxtynn has no recollection of any memories before 2012.
On Sunday, 9/27/2020, Cameron took Paxtynn to Topgolf in Fortworth to celebrate their 6 year anniversary! After arriving at Topgolf, their golfing bay had a malfunction and a mechanic was sent out to fix it. They laughed and enjoyed the free 15 minutes that were added to their time. Once their time ran out, Cameron suggested that they go to Sundance Square for lunch since Paxtynn had never been. Once they arrived in downtown, they met up with his grandparents and sister. Everyone walked through the square pondering where they should have lunch. To Cameron's surprise, the pathway to the waterfall, where he had planned to propose was blocked off due to "COVID." Thus they all went to lunch while he though out a new plan. After lunch at Razoo's, they all walked back to the square where Cameron convinced Paxtynn to sneak past the ropes to take a picture in front of the Fortworth mural. While taking photos Cameron got on one knee! Paxtynn cried, and cried, and cried some more. Followed by a couple "are you serious?!" and "you're lying!" She finally found the word YES! As they were leaving a bike officer pulled up to inform them that they could not go past the ropes. Cameron's sister then informed his that Cameron had just prosed and the officer became flustered and apologized for the bad timing. He told them to take their time but to leave as soon as they were done, which they did!
