Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.
Please RSVP by January 28th. All RSVP's received after this date will be marked as declining: we will be sending the final headcount to our vendors following the deadline.
The dress code is Black-Tie Encouraged.
"Black - Tie Encouraged" means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attires (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. Generally, a black - tie encouraged dress code means that the couple and their wedding party will be dressed in black tie. It is therefore courteous for you to reflect this level of formality.
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00PM. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space from the parking lot and find a seat. Doors will close at 4:00 PM and will not be reopened until after the ceremony.
We have chosen to do a dry wedding, meaning there will be no alcohol available or allowed during the reception or ceremony.
Our reception will end around 9:45 PM, and our sendoff will be about 10:00 PM. There will be no after-party.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be In the moment with us during our special day. Take as many photos as you'd like at the reception! We would love to see your point of view.
Yes! When looking at footwear please keep in mind the soft grass and maybe rethink stiletto heels. As the evening progresses it may get a bit cool, we recommend bringing a light jacket.
