FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at the church 20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you enough time to grab parking, find a seat, and settle in comfortably before the celebration starts.

Question

What time should we arrive at the reception venue?

Answer

Cocktail hour begins promptly at 5:30 PM. Parking is quick and easy — the lot is right in front, and it should only take about five minutes to make your way inside. Come hungry and ready to enjoy!

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation won’t be provided to the wedding ceremony Mass. After the ceremony, a trolley will run between The Breakers on the Ocean, The Shore Club, and the Mill to get everyone to cocktail hour on time. Please check the front desk of your hotel for pickup times! At the end of the night, the trolley will take guests back to the hotels and over to the after party — no need to worry about a ride!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is Black Tie Welcome — which means you’re encouraged to dress up if you’d like, but it’s definitely not required. If you love going all out, a tuxedo or a long gown is perfect. If you’d rather keep it a bit more relaxed, a suit and tie or a nice cocktail dress will look great too. While traditional black-tie attire often leans toward darker colors, feel free to wear whatever makes you feel your best — bright, bold, or neutral. We’d love to see everyone’s personality shine through! Most importantly, we just want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate (and dance!) the night away.

Question

What should I do between the Wedding Mass and Cocktail Hour?

Answer

Spend the time however you’d like — relax at the hotel, explore charming Spring Lake, or grab a drink at a local spot. Be sure to check out our Spring Lake Favorites section for some of our go-to places to eat, sip, and wander!
